I sometimes find it easier to speak up for others than for myself. You, too?
There's something about standing up for other people that ignites a fire in my soul.
Sometimes when I see the need, either for others or in my own life, it can seem daunting, and let's face it - plain old scary.
It's at those times that I remind myself of other moments when I've gone there and what a difference it made. See one example in my video.
When the right thing needs to be done, as difficult as it is, we need to step out of that workplace persona we've worked so hard to build. Real life calls for real identity.
Be the light in someone else's life when they need it most. Speak up when a wrong needs righting.
You've got the courage in you.
Now use it to encourage others.
