Daily Quote & Mini-Blog: Change Your Inner Self to Change Your Outer World (It's Not As Hard As You Think)
The list goes on forever.
The stuff we want. Financially, physically, emotionally, socially.
We're so seldom content with what we have.
We want more and better for ourselves, and we don't always know how to get it.
There is something to be said for being content with what you have and where you're at in life.
But if you're miserable and feel like you could do so much better if simply given the chance, the problem might not be in the outer world.
The problem might be in you.
Dontcha hate that?
I do. And did.
And when I finally woke up and realized I could get much further in life by seeing myself differently, then the world began seeing me differently, too.
When I saw myself differently, I started behaving differently. When I behaved differently, the world responded to me differently. And it responded to me better than it ever had before.
Changing might not always be easy, but it is simple.
Change your inner self to change your outer world.
It's a decision. Just do it. And keep reminding yourself to do it differently than what you would have before.
Treat the bigger world and the people in it as your allies, not enemies. Embrace them all.
And watch the world and its people embrace you back.
Try it with something small first. Work up toward bigger changes in your thinking and behavior.
And then get ready for major changes in your life.
They're on their way.
And so are you.
